CHANGE SCIENCE INSTITUTE HAS TWO MISSIONS –

first

Provide C-Suite With Innovative Tools, Concepts And Solutions Rooted In Firsthand Experience And The Science Of Change That Drives Rapid Deployment Of Successful Executive Strategic Objectives

second

Promote The Recognition, Application, And Advancement Of Change As A Science

It has been my quest of more than three decades to develop a deeper understanding of change.

Through this quest I come to understand that if we are ever going to be able to truly harness change to our benefit as executives, organizations, individuals, or as a society, we must stop looking at it in the form of disjointed disconnected concepts, methodologies, and strategies.

It is time to look at change as a science with definitions, principles, and concepts that can be challenged through discussion, experimentation, and logic.

My first book, The Science Of Change – Basics Behind Why Change Succeeds and Fails, is a reference book that defines and explores the actual science behind change.

I also founded The Change Science Institute to help business leaders and their organizations:

  • Learn about new and revolutionary capabilities to obtain critical change
  • Learn how to evaluate and define the critical change that is necessary for success
  • Learn how to evaluate and properly select from the market’s vast array of change methodologies and strategies
  • Learn how to significantly improve their chances of obtaining desired changes through creating innovative organization structures
  • Learn about new perspectives on the structure, monitoring, and management of risk associated with accomplishing successful change

Therefore, in my recently released second book, Dynamic Execution For Executives– Innovative Concepts And Tools For The Achievement Of Strategic Objectives, I provide new innovative tools, concepts, and organizational frameworks for the execution and successful accomplishment of executive strategic objectives.
